Unlocked V3 with T-Mobile Voicemail Issues...
I've got a black unlocked V3 in use with T-Mobile. NO problems until now when they changed their voice mail system & I'm unable to have the "message" icon come on when messages are available. Instead, I get unintelligible text messages when I have messages and when I check voice mail messages. Suggestions or known fixes? Thanks.

No problem, with an unlocked phone you do need to get some setting taken care of. Call customer care and ask for technical support and get your internet settings and then that should take care of your voice mail txt update. I had similar issues with the ROKR that I got unlocked. Try this it should ease your mind

Tech Support said that they don't support unlocked phones. They weren't even nice about it but did admit that it's a wide-spread problem. They tried to turn off the voicemail indicator but that didn't work. My only option at this point is a seam-edit and going back to Cingular in July.....
