Question on RAZR speakerphone

The specs on the RAZR states it has a Full Duplex speakerphone. Is it a true 2 way Full Duplex phone (ie seperate frequencies for listening and talking) I would appreciate anyone response cuz I need to put it in the middle of several ppl on a conference table and call ppl out of state...and have true 2 way conversation

I do have an excellent office phone w/conferencing caspability, but I also need a cell phone with an office quality speakerphone
