Headset for Razr

Does anyone know of a hardwired headset with a mini USB plug besides the one offered by Motorola? I have a bluetooth but prefer a hardwired unit. A USB/2.5mm adapter would work but I have been unabled to find one. Thanks..

yeah one came with my phone. im actuallu about to go get a bluetooth ear piece. but yes, motorola makes a wired one.

Hi all,

Unlike "CML40", I wish to use my existing 2.5mm wired headset with my V3. So it is the 'adapter' I am looking for, not a wired headset.

As most of you know, Motorola has a proprietary "mini-usb" socket which must be used for a wired headset. I really hate bluetooth, so have been very happy (on my previous mobile phone) with a "noise reduction" wired headset I got from Shure (The folks who make microphones). The Sure headsest has a 2.5mm plug.

I've searched high and low on the web and can not find anyone who makes an adapter I can use to match the 2.5mm plug on the headset with the mini usb on the V3. I found one guy who shows how to make one, but the "adapter box" ends up being as big as the phone itself!

Does anyone ou...
