BIG difference in those two models. Not much difference in the 810 and 850.
The 810 and 850 are better in terms of sound quality and ease of use. The 850 has superior battery life.
The 820 is smaller but prone to noise issues due to the lack of a boom for the mic and no ear seal on the speaker. However, it's a little smaller.
