Well, all I can tell you is that if you want to use iSync, you need to have the USB cable because for some reason iSync doesn't work with Motorola phones through bluetooth. So you can use iSync to sync your phone book and calendar information. You can use bluetooth to transfer files like pictures and mp3s.
