Does it come with a headset....and will it be cheaper at private dealerships?

Secondly, does anyone know if it will be a little cheaper (like $50) at private dealerships? I have a couple of private dealerships around me and they sometimes sell the phones a bit cheaper than the corporate dealers.

first off, no, it doesn't come with a BT headset.
Secondly, private dealers most likely won't be allowed to order this handset for a certain amount of time. At that time they probably will be able to sell it a bit cheaper than corporate, but if they're anything like the company I work for, they either won't have it cause it's too damned expensive, or they'll use Cingular's pricing as a MAJOR guideline.
