Circuit City a Corporate Store? And does it have the 6256i?

I got mine at Radio Shack, and it looks like they're no longer a VZW Authorized Agent.

Checking VZW's site, I see CC listed as a VZW store, and not as an AA.

But some people say they got their 6256i there, though I don't see it at their site. It is shown at Best Buy's site. (BB *is* listed as an AA.)

(FYI, VZW says I *do* qualify for NE2, based on my renewal for two years at RS.)

I'm wondering if the phone is still available from CC.

It's still not at my two local VZW corporate stores.

You have to ask for it. I have never seen one on display.

Walked into a California Circuit City the other day. They had the 6256, but you had to ASK for it... they kept it under the counter for some stupid reason. Best Buy does the same thing. 🙄

Pricing was $99 for a 2-yr contract, $149 for a 1-yr. A very good deal, as its definitely a better phone than anything else Verizon has in the price range.
