Best Buy 6256i Cost and Return Policy
I purchased a Nokia 6256i yesterday at Best Buy. With a 2-year contract the cost was $149. I asked about the return policy and I was told by the guy in the phone dept that it is 30 days. My receipt notes that they have an extended return policy during the holiday season, but I'm not sure if that extends to phones. They aren't specifically excluded in their wording as some purchases are.
Early report:
1) Easily paired with Infiniti M35. Can make calls but the voice quality is a bit muddy. Haven't made a major effort to transfer phonebook entries.
2) Purchased a USB Bluetooth dongle and, with minimal difficulty, installed on my ancient P3 desktop and synced with Outlook. (I had to edit my contact list to

You could of bought the phone for $99 online. But you went to best buy and got ripped off. And if he Verizon store would carry it you could of got it for $49 with a new every two. But they won't. It just plain sucks.

I want to assure everyone that this phone will be in VZW stores. It looks like about the same time as RAZR, but who knows until it happens. Saying that this phone is not comming to VZW stores is just not true at this point.
How many times I have seen someone post this phone has no full bluetooth and it does. No MMC slot and it does. If you add an MMC card to the phone it will give you some MP3 playing abilites and that was been said here that it could not be done on the VZW phone. People have been just posting false information on this phone for VZW.

The fact is that Best Buy and Radioshack have had it for about two weeks, what is Verizon waiting for? The sky is failing! I think they don't want to carry it cause it has bluetooth that is not crippled and they want you to buy a phone that is.

Ok so you think I am not credible at all. I am a moderator for wireless forums on another site and also posted over 1600 posts in another website.
Anybody can say what I say. I know that. I know anybody can say well the Verizon Store Manager said that. I will use Verizon's own website as a source. They still have the manual on the website.
