VERIZON REFUSES TO ACTIVATE MY 6255I
THE REPS. SAYS THE ESN IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH
THEIR NETWORK AND I ALSO TRY MY ACCOUNT ESN CHANGER IN THE WEBSITE. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME, I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY ADVISE.

Where did you get it?? All phones on verizon's network must have their esn loaded into our system so Verizon can verify that they are gps enabled. This occurs when the manufacturer sends the phones to verizon, Verizon then loads all of those headsets into the system. So if you have a nokia that was not purchased through any verizon channel it will not be loaded in the system and as far as i know their is no way to have that changed.

i Had the same problem. They say that my phone didnt have GPS. I explained to them that it did but they still wouldnt activate the phone. I am just waiting for the 6256i to be released and try then.
