New billboard new Atlanta airport - Maybe 8000
I was going near the Atlant Airport (Camp Creek Parkway) and saw a new VZW billboard. There was a phone shown that I had never seen before. As soon as I got home I looked through all of them on this forum and I think it was the 8000. Unfortunately I would need to see it again. Anyone know if the 8000 is being advertised yet?

A couple of weeks ago, I was in atlanta and there WERE bilboards of the 7000 AND THE 8000 everywhere. This confused me because I know that the 8000 isn't comin out for at leat 3 months

alltell (big carrier in the south) will probably carry these phones also...they may release them before verizon wireless.

Not a chance. Alltel and Cellular One get some VZW phone 3 months after they are release. The only thing that Alltel and Cellular One are good for in the phone aspect, is that they can say they have minimal glitiches because VZW puts out the phones first and takes the heat. Once the second versions come out, then Alltel and Cellular One get them.
