retriving pics on my computer from my 8000 with USB Cable

Can someone please tell me in "English" how to put my phone pictures on my PC using the USB Cable. I looked through howard forums, etc. Do I need to download bitmap to do this?

Please understand that I am not a mechanical engineer or a calculus expert. I would appreciate step by step instructions in the native english language.

can't be done. have to use VZW's service for that.
