Camera zoom problem
I have been very happy with the vx8000 up until tonite. I went to use my camera as usual, but the zoom is on max and i cannot increase or decrease it all with the side button as usual. This holds for both the still and video camera. It is stuck in the zoomed position. Any ideas anyone? Verizon is of no help of course, other than telling me to bring the phone in tomorrow. I'm sure I'll have to exchange it, but that will be such a pain, as I have a lot of pix, tunes, messages, etc in the phone already. So any help would be appreciated.

WOW!!! thats all i have to say...when the phone is closed i havnt figured out how to change the zoom...if u use the up down on the outside of the phone it just changes brightness...how do i change the zoom from the outside besides opening it lowering the zoom then closing it again.
