V710

No Vcast
Blue tooth (crippled)
Sd card slot (crippled)
Speaker phone (works well)
Reception (great)
Battery life (fair)
Camera (not so great quality)
built in memory (10 MB)
reviews at PC mag and Cnet (fair)
recalled already

on going lawsuit due to crippled blue tooth.
problems reported with firmware updates which take away functionality of the memory expansion slot. (apparently can be taken care of by hacking the phone and who knows what other problems will arise after hacking. Why should a person have to hack a brand new phone after bringing it back for a firmware update? they spent a hefty $249-$300? doe...

I completely agree with your statements.

The 710 is what happens when an unprotected 8000 (user forgot to put the condom on it) procreates with a Moto V265 (which shouldn't be allowed to have unprotected sex at all). It tries like hell to be a good phone, but it just doesn't stack up.

A lesson to all: Please protect your phones....Use Condoms.

Actually the 8000 can use a bluetooth headset. Jabra makes the A210 receiver. It is a small receiver that plugs into the headset plug, and allows you to use bluetooth headsets with the phone. If you want bluetooth and the best phone, spend the money and get the BT250 + A210 and you are all set.
