What phone do you have? my 8000 dont have Verizon banner like the 6000 had. I dont even get the digital icon which iam going to call LG and find out why unless someone else knows.

maybe you got the analog version by mistake haha. I took my Verizon banner completely off also. It's great not being reminded every time I look at my screen that I am paying a hefty bill every month to such a greedy company that sucks

The Verizon Wireless Banner can be turned on and off somewhere inside the settings menu. And the digital icon is not there on this phone as it is an all digital phone. If you have signal, it is digital signal. There is no analog on this phone.
