they are both good in their own ways. if you are using a phone to decide which carrier to go with, you should go with the verizon phone. sprint has comprable coverage, but their customer care sucks. go with VZW.

i totally agree. i had sprint for one year and it really sucked....missed calls, no service, dropped calls, poor customer service. a lot of my friends have sprint because they have nice phones...but i say....can't have a nice phone without great service.

Do yourself a favor and don't go with anyone else but Verizon. I've been there with the other carriers and their coverage, service etc. is terrible. Verizon phones are extremely good if you get the right one. I've been with Verizon for several years and I can't remember when I last dropped a call. Also their customer service is the best in the business. I've called them for help on many an occasion and they have been great. I've asked them for a hundred dollar credit for a new phone when my time wasn't up and they gave it to me. I've been to tech service a few times and those guys and gals have been extremely helpfull. Also when you purchase a new phone or up your plan do it at a Verizon dealer, not one of the agents at malls. Also STAY AWAY...
