Motorola V710
ATTENTION!!!! CALL MOTOROLA IMMEDIATELY!!!! (READ THIS)
I called 866.BUY.MOTO and chose:
- English
- Wireless Phones
- OPTION 4 - Software Support
(i found that Software is the only department with competent support. General Support (option 1) are people in India who have a copy of the user manual and say "hold on" so they can look things up after every question - totally useless)
I was speaking to the rep and happened to ask him "When will the BlueTooth File Transfer update come out". He answered "November"
MORE IMPORTANTLY THOUGH.... I asked him if that would also make the earpiece volume louder and he said: "The earpiece volume isn't loud enough? Wow...

He agreed with me that if you're in your car and not wearing the headset (between calls) - you will have no idea you are receiving a call unless you UNPAIR the headset or turn BT off... but then you can not use the headset for the next incoming call, because it will not be set-up.
If this is the way you want to use the Bluetooth headset, I'd get a HS810. When you open the boom mic, it connects and answers the call. When you close it, it disconnects the bluetooth, so the phone will ring the next time. Then, just open the boom again.
