Night Mode

Does anyone know is there a button you have to push for the night mode?
Or does it just notice your in low light.
Can anyone help. I read the manual and didnt find anything

for the camera u have to hit options, then * when u r in the camera menu. as far as the video camera goes, i dont see anything for that

You can turn the flash for the camera on by pressing the voice dial button, if that's what you're asking.
