LG VX-7000

Yes, here at phonescoop.com we are mostly convinced that this phone will be released on June 25th.

Its comming out soon... Change the zip code to 99999 on the verizon web page and this phone is listed at $249. so i bet its going out be in the stores real soon.

i too am a vzw employee, and i can assure you all its the 25th, only 3 days to go. also i can assure you the 7000 is the only phone to launch with our video messaging service, 349.99 full retail, 299.99 for a 1 yr contract, and 249.99 for a 2 year. hopefully it will have a $70 rebate. i had training yesterday so i know for a fact its the 25th

Hi! I am kitty. Can you please tell me what store you work with? City? State? I have called a few stores and they still don't have a clue what's goning on but the customer service states it's the 25th still. Not to switch services just to upgrade to a camera phone. I have been waiting since January for the phone to come out.

hi pus...i mean kitty 🙂 i dont actually work at a store, i work at one of our call centers. i took the training we have for vid messaging and i can assure you all its the 25th. i want to get to a retail store myself and see what it feels like. unfortunately for employees, we have to get our phones shipped unlike customers who can walk into a store on friday when they open up and get one. the video is limited to 200 kbs i believe,or roughly 15 seconds, also there is a way for video to be played on the phone but it must be converted to a .3g2? file as that is the kind of file that is supported on the phone. i believe the videos sent will come out of the pix allowance if you have one on your account, or 50 cents if you dont have an allowance. ...

Are you sure the full retail is $349?
If so, that would mean the full retail price of
the VX7000 and A670 are the same.
I was told the full retail of the VX7000 was $399.

since u work for vzw, do u know if there will be a trimode version as seen on this forum that they will have a vx700a, are u aware of that? also i am in 15 day trial on an audiovox 8900, any idea when the 9900 will come out or if it will come out? also how would u compare the morola v710 whicch is trimode to the audi8900? i am a little afraid of motorola cause i personaly think they suck what do u say?

From what i have heard, the 9900 has been cancelled, they wont release that one. the 7000a will not be released with verizon, just the reg. 7000, all digital. (which kinda sucks) I would try out the 7000. i had an 8900 and on the 3rd day it died, personally, i dont like it at all. i just returned the 8900 and put my 6000 back on service, and will be purchasing the 7000 on friday, along with a lot of my co-workers. i am not a fan of motorolas as aall my self, after the disastrous 720/730, i dont know....but who knows, maybe they improved the battery life and stuff. its hard to say. im just gonna get the 7000 tho.

so with who is the 7000a going to be? this kinda sucks! no decent trimode phone...

😕 tough call. i would stay with the vx10 (AWESOME phone, very reliable, had that for a yr.-loved it) and wait till you see the reviews on the 7000, and possibly wait for the mot 710. its your call, the way i saw it was that i have had the 6000 for this long i can wait a little longer, tho i havent heard any news on the launch date for the motorola so u might have to wait a while.

we're still hearing July 6th for the 710
