I can't figure out what this icon means!!! help!!!

i have an icon on the top of my screen that looks like a text bubble (like in cartoons) and it has '...' in it... i have no clue what this means and i can't seem to find anything in the manual about it... please help!

Oh it means your in the middle of a chat. Just go to Office Tools, Chat, end chat and it should go away.
