this or the v710???
im thinking of getting this because the damn v710 isnt coming out for a long ass time since i hear it is failing many tests
i just have 1 question about this phone...can you take videos and then send them to an email address??? and if not videos..atleast pics???
oh also (i lied i know 😛)...does this have photo id on the external screen?
if it has these 2 features, ill get this instead of waiting another 3 months for the v710

even the 670, u can send and recv pics.And its very cool and small and state o d art, just not send n recv videos. If u wanna send videos, as was stated earlier in a zillion posts, wait for the 9900 or 7000

my thought exactly...im going to go ahead and get this phone rather than wait till 2006 to get the v710...the only main difference is that the v710 has bluetooth while th 9900 does not...and as a high schooler, bluetooth really isn't a big concern...im pretty much satisfied that the 9900 apparently has great screen quality, video messaging, and speakerphone; that's enough for me.

the 9900 has a built in audio recorder so you can record little messages and quotes worthy of remembering on it. the v710 doesn't have that. which to most people isn't a big deal but I use the feature all the time on my v60

In addition to Bluetooth, The V710 has an expansion slot and mp3 player built in. My guess is the 9900 will be out in a few weeks and the V710 will be out in July. Thats my takes based on all these foru, msgs I've been reading. I cant upgrade to July so I am waiting anyway.

No mp3 playback according to the specs at phonescoop. Do a compare and they highlight the differences in bold. I would maybe do a little more research to be sure, like find the manual at samsung's website if this your deciding factor.

Will this phone be like the Sprint version of the 9950? Because if it is, DAMN this screen will be f**kn beautiful. It looks like a mini TV screen.
