ive been waiting for this phone to come out since MARCH...
and it looks as if it will finally come out... except it wont be a sprintpcs phone (SPH-A640) as originally planned (?)...
anyone know if sprint's gonna get their act together and release this phone... otherwise ill be stopping by the tmobile store next month...

Well i did pick the phone up today at my tmobile store YAYYAYAYAYA 299.99 đŋ got a discount cause the store is at a mall and i work in the mall. Tey are making a sprint version coming out later. PS SPRINT SUX TMOBILE OWNS

I have a friend who works at a store and he acts like he doesn't know when the phone is coming out. When it comes in he is going to call me first thing. So how is it that Cali gets the phone delivered to there store first? And did your friend say when this phone will be avaliable? And if he didn't say could you ask?

It so funny how some people like to lie about such small things. I live in Los Angeles, CA and my cousin works for the T-Mobile New Product Development and Release Department. First off, any employee selling any phone not officially released by T-Mobile will be terminated and/or legally liable for new product leaks upon discovery. So, I truly doubt any someone is ignorant enough to sell a non-released phone by T-Mobile, because it is too easy to track. Secondly, due to confidentiality agreements, the only information I could get was that this phone has been delayed, and MAY be release early November. However, knowing the cellular phone industry, T-Mobile may not release the phone until the Motorola V600 comes out. This is a key ma...

đ đ True because when I first saw the Motorola V600, I thought it was going to be for T-Mobile, but now it is for AT&T wireless supposebly. Some T-Mobile direct stores say maybe early November either the 1st or 2nd week in November, what phone do you have currently now for T-Mobile, mine is wack!

Well, after reading some of the forum posts on this phone, I thought I should call T-Mobile's 1-800 number to see if they had any further information. Even though I already have their service now, I told them I was a new customer and that I was interested in signing up with them if they had the phone available - they tend to "have more information" this way...
The rep I talked to said that he was given a memo this morning that confirmed "early November", and that probably did mean this week in some stores, possibly next week in "more stores". He did say that for more detailed information, it's a good idea to call your local store, talk to the store manager, and ask them to check their incoming stock - they can actually see what's on the ...

The phones have shipped to the local stores, however the official release date is still under wraps... Hopefully, the phones will be coming out online and in stores by the end of this week or early next. Good Hunting to you all!

đ đ I called up T-Mobile and they said on their system it says "Early November"! But, they don't have a price yet! They have som eof the features available to be told, but not all! Do any of you trust Ebay, and AMAZON.com! The people that are selling don't even have the phone anyway! It is not available to anyone in the public until they officially release them! If you want the phone either go to a direct T-Mobile store because if you buy the phone from online and it doesn't work then you are screwed! At least if you buy the phone from a store you can return it if doesn't work!! đ

While I did some calling around, I found out that one of the managers finally got a price card on them. He was told that the price walking up off the street would be $299 - $50 rebate. Of course, he says you'll have to call the 1-800 number to find out any upgrade prices if you're already a T-Mobile customer.
