Actually, I went by my local Verizon store, as I'm still in my 15 day period on my NE2. I picked up a 4400B. Very nice phone, but it doesn't have a speaker phone, has horrible standard ringtones, and I don't feel like paying with GIN to get more ringtones right now.
With my $100 credit and the rebate, just like the 4400B, the 4500 will be a net $0 cost to me.
