What does National Access mean??
from what I understand, National Access is the unlimited Data plan. If you purchase the connectivity kit from VZW to use your phone as a modem, or if you have the Sierra Aircard, then you can sign up for the National Access plan so basically all you use your phone for is minutes. It isn't cheap, but once EV-DO kicks into high gear nationwide, it will be far more worth it. I can double check with my VZW rep on Monday and post her answer.
