I work for Verizon, and posted a message a few days ago saying that the 610 comes out on tues feb 10. People on here asked me how solid that date was. Well I am holding the 610 right now!!! (well not really holding it b/c then i couldn't type, but you get the idea). It is very cool. The clarity is unreal. I'll have to play around with it a little more, but so far it looks killer!!

Do all the Verizon reps. know about the phone. I have been call the 800# for Verizon and they all seem clueless about the phone. I have called retail stores and they have no idea about the A610. What's the deal? Thanks for the info.

Ok, because I deal with verizon cust. service daily i can say this w/a lot of certainty... customer service, the 1 800 #, they dont know anything. They send customers to our stores for the wrong reasons, for unnecessary things, etc. So dont even waste your time w/them. It doesnt suprise me they dont know about the phone, b/c why would they? They dont sell the phones from their cubes.. know what i mean? the stores is where 95% of people buy phones. Trust me, It comes on tues, its like $179 after a rebate.. its sweet
