The phones are available. I received the two I ordered today. I am charging them, but I will post pictures later today. I went through the NBO, and they transfered me into Customer Service. Not sure why AT&T is saying they're not available, unless they are trying to control ordering right now. The stores may not have them, but just keep trying back with Customer Service. I was on the phone for a while yesterday, but I did get my phones. My wife and I look forward to trying them later. Good Luck evryone.
P.S> I had to call Motorola about registering the phones. I waited 30 minutes after I spoke to them, refreshed my browser, and was able to enter my IMEI numbers. 😁

Other than the AT&T software, the phone has the AT&T logo at the base on the inside. Looks very sharp. I changed my faceplates already. I will post pictures later. Too many people have talked about these phones without proof. I am not one of them. I will post them later. I want everyone to know they are really available, and you'll need to be a little persistant with Customer Service. They have not informed everyone on staff. I called lastnight to get tracking info., and the rep said I was the first he had heard of that actually had the phone shipped. Alot of people have inquired, but not too many have them because of the lack of info.

I know how much I wanted someone to post pictures so I knew the phone was really out. I took these with my digital camera. I haven't done anything with the phone yet, so I can't comment on it. It went stright from the box to the charger.
