NBO is National Business Ordering, the call center for AT&T's business accounts.

The number for NBO is 800-388-3235. I'm not sure if they will help you or not? The V600 that I ordered was $299, before my companies 25% discount.

National Business Ordering. The only near valid information I got throughout this whole process came from them. I called customer service this morning and they said "what is the v600." Got transfered to the NBO and she was right on it. It took some time, I was changing from digital to GSM and buying 2 phones, but she did it from start to finish, contract 1 year with all percs. We only have 40%, but it beats full price. My quest has ended, at least for 6-8 months.

How do we qualify for NBO? Do we just call and order? Any specifics?

Large companies and sometimes affiliates of large companies are eligible. Can be you or your spouse. Call customer service and they will transfer you to NBO(National Business Orders) All I can say is tell them your company name and they will look it up and let you know if you qualify and for what. Good Luck.
