I've seen it reported in several places that you can set the face (outer) display so that callers of your choice will flash unique colors when the phone rings. Can't for the life of me find it in the manual nor on the phone. Anyone know how?

If you click the info tab, the first line under features says

Okay, well when I cut and pasted the epinion review, I had to read it yet again. You cannot color code people in your address book as I had misread, what you can color code is types of calls, ie incoming, missed, etc.

Go to Settings, Display, Sub LCD Color and pick what you want. Did it and don't see what the big deal is. If you have a missed call coded say red, it only appears red for a few secons after the call ends, so there's no warning that you have a missed call unless you pick it up and read the display. Having an annoying beep like my husband's Motorola isn't a bad idea if you don't normally use the phone at home, yet have a call while away from it.
