enV Touch Problems with telephone menuing systems
First of all, I love this forums - what a pleasure to read polite and helpful postings.
Now the problem - This has happened a couple of times, and I'm not sure if it's coincidence or if there is a problem with my Touch. While using a voice-mail menuing system, after leaving a message, the system was not responding to my touchscreen commands. I would press a key to send the message and the system responded as if I had hit another key. I tried pressing various other touchscreen keys, and the v/m system would give the same response, regardless of which key I pressed. As I mentioned, this has happened on two different occasions, with two different v/m systems. Any Thoughts?
