Does anyone know when Verizon is going to offer the new update for the storm through OTA? Also how are they going to do it? I am a MAC user so I can't get the new update over the web.

Really? Then how should I go about trying to update my phone? I heard at one point Verizon was going to be sending the OTA update to the phones by serial number and that could take anywhere from a day to a week. Should I just wait and hope verizon sends it to me?

You should get a message on your phone, but if you don't want to wait for that go to RIMs Blackberry support page here: 😁

So I tired to go under the advanced options screen and down to the wireless update button to initialize the update manually but that option does not exist for me. Is this a problem with my phone?

I don't have that option either. Thought I wasn't looking in the right area. Thanks!
