The title pretty much asks my question but really, why is there not more chatter about this phone? Is it because no one likes it and doesnt own it, or is it so awesome and everyone understands everything about it? (which i know is not the case).

Long story short, I love flip phones, and i love full key boards, so is this the phone for me or should i hold on to Alias? I pretty much read all of the reviews, and all the treads here so any more info on the phone or why this board is dead would be greatly appreciated.

I was thinking the same thing myself. My coworker got one about a month ago and I've been playing with it. I have mixed feelings about it. I think it will be a bit harder to use than a "normal keypad" type, but I am intrigued with it nonetheless. My 'up time is Feb 20 something, and I am still leaning toward getting it.

Of course, as you have keenly noticed - it seems like not too many are buying and commenting about this new phone.

The most annoying thing about this phone is the lack of speed dials or quick access to recent calls. It took me more than 4 touches to get to my contacts, even with the feature they've dubbed "favorites" under contacts. There is also no way to calibrate the touchscreen as on the Voyager, so it can be a little too sensitive (especially while scrolling) though for the most part worked well. The shortcut menu lacks any form of customization, another dealbreaker.

So basically, it's an awesome phone but lacks even ...
