Missed call or text LIGHT?
Is there any LED notification of a missed call, etc while the main screen is OFF and on STANDBY?

nope. it lights up when u get a text, but dims out after. you could try the reminders maybe

they do it on some of the htc phones, and i think the blackberrys have the status light. other then this how do you like the phone?

It has an option for "reminders" which works fine for me. After I recieve a msg and don't do anything with it, I can have it beep or do whatever ringtone and/or vibrate I set every 2 minutes until I check it. The other settings is "once" or "15 minutes".. the 2 mins works perfect for me. You can set this for VM, TXT, PIC, or Video msgs received.
