dare vs. iPhone
Can someone that has used both phones compare these two for me. I have an iPhone now and the touchscreen is awesome and very responsive. i've used the LG VU and it's really not that good as far as the touch response, but the camera is pretty good and also has mms, video, a2dp, and flash. thank you in advance. 😁

the dare has a better screen then the vu, not better then the iphone, but the camera/video is amazing, accelerometer, music video everything is great. the iphone screen is a lil more responsive and the browser is better thats it. but vzw coverage and speed are better then att. they are both great phones. the thunder and diamond will be out this year (i hope) they will blow EVERYTHING away

If you are wanting to go from an iphone to a dare...you'll be disappointed. The iphone has a better browser, mp3 player, touch screen, more applications...overall a more active phone (but...MORE EXPENSIVE plan)
i have used the iphone and think its an awesome device. I dont use the internet/email/music that much so i found the dare to be an awesome deal. Better camera, reception, and smaller size. Perfect for what i need.

VERY well said. iphone is indeed a freat device but the Dare is a great phone.
Depends on what you want in a cell phone. I do think however at this time the new 3G iphone is NOT a good deal considering the plan costs. I would stick with the original iphone if thats what you must have.
The Dare is the best "phone" i have ever owned period. The things the iphone has and does do not interest me all that much. The things the Dare does are right on for me at least. Give them both a 30 day try and choose yourself. 2 phones, 30 days each and your total cost would only be the 10% that Apple charges for restocking. VZW does not have that charge. And BTW.........no insurance on the iphone by ATT !! VZW insures the Dare!

if anyone is buying this as a iphone replacement/clone/beater/killer is simply not thinking with a clear mind.
Buy the phone cause you like its features, not because you think its cooler then the iphone
