A Few Lasting (Sound) Gripes

I'm a Verizon Wireless Authorized Agent who has owned the Voyager since the week it was released. Just wanted to voice a few issues that remain unresolved, to see if anyone around this forum has figured out more of the phone than I have.

1. Keyboard beeps with every button press when on speakerphone, despite the fact that key sounds are off. If it stayed silent, I could text and talk at the same time.

2. Volume keys beep with every button press while on a call. If I'm adjusting the volume, it's because I can't hear the other party well; so why would I need several beeps to obscure the audio. Even on other phones, these volume beeps are produced in conjunction with the call audio, but on the Voyager, they pause it completely.

What do you mean by "power cycle"?

I think he might mean what is happening to me too. Just started a week ago but on some of my calls, I'm talking and then its dead, I look and phone is off and then fires up on its own and I have to call other person back. Just started doing it a week ago as i said, don't know what causes it.

i agree with the volume buttons while txting that sucks it beeps out what the other person is saying but its still nice their not hearing it. as far as the audio volume goes it is loud but the lowest setting is not too loud for me. and the adjusting confirmation beep dosent bother me cause i rarley adjust the volume, u seem to be obsessed with volume do u see that? and my voyager never powercycles so get another one. im on my 6th voyager now cause i always complain about problems

You're on your sixth voyager because you drop them in water or crack the screen, and you pop in here to scheme your way out, such as by trying to figure out a way to disguise the water damage from Verizon tech support or to sell a non-working unit with a cracked screen for $120. The only one you're foolin is ur-self, dude.
