T9 ..

Does anyone know how to clear out the T9 vocabulary? I bought the Voyager from someone who had some words in there that interfere w/what im trying to type. For example, when I try to type a ☹️ ... it gives me "(619 " which is probably a number they had used before.

Hope you can help.

Consult your manual to determine the proper commands to reset your phone to factory defaults. If you can't find this, and assuming you have a legal phone and have reactivated on Verizon, call Verizon tech support and they can help you.

I will try the reset. I guess I assumed the person I bought it from had done that.

I tried the reset and it worked! Thank you! However I lost the ringtones I had downloaded 😢 , Oh well 😉
