LG Voyager VX-10000

I'm getting an error from my video files that i have stored on my memory card inside the Voyager...while watching, if i were to pause and skip ahead and then play again -- there is no sound. Anyone else getting that?

this prob should be attached to a recent post I had up...but if someone can point me in the right direction to solve all this - that'd be appreciated.
