Online you don't get both. You either get the $100 instant onlie discount or you get your NE2 discount. Let me rephrase, you aren't supposed to get both. I get people in the store all the time saying this is the online price.....GET IT ONLINE!!!!

That happened to my friend. He got the EnV back then becuase it was the hot item then. They gave him the Ne2 discount and even put him on a one year.
I tried right after and I could do it too. I got a back up EnV (but it put me on a two year) Oh well,

I went in today to order mine since they were all out in my area.I wanted to pay full retail.However, I only paid $445 ( she gave me the one year price). When the receipt printed out it had the rebate form with it too. She said it must have been a mistake since full retail sales do not get rebates and when I asked her if I could have the rebate slip anyway she told me no because Verizon would deny me since I paid full retail. I called 611 and the person told me my rebate form would be mailed with the phone. 🤣 looks like I got the last laugh.

Thing I don't understand, why is there already a rebate for it? Must mean something else better is in the works. (you know they always have something better in the works!) otherwise, they would "blow off all their fireworks" right away, thus taking improvements and job security away for the future.
If they came out with the "best phone ever" eventually everyone would have it and nobody would ever need to upgrade.

I have experienced better. I am ngetting mine sent for FREE as an even exchange for the U740 as this phone has been a nightmare for me. 🙂

If there is any type of mail in rebate on the device its an instant rebate online, if your eligible for your NE2 you get your ne2 along with the instant rebate if theres a mail in, if your only eligible for the instant rebate thats all you get. You get both if you qualify and the device qualifies for both. 299.99 is the 2 year discounted price minus the instant rebate of 50.00 for mail in, if you had a ne2 credit it would have been 199.99 if you were eligible for the whole 100.00
