I just got an update that says my phone has been shipped and will take 2-3 business days. Hopefull this is an error and they have shipped mine overnight.?

Just called the 800 number in the email saying i was in queue for processing. They asked if wanted them to process the order while I was on the phone I said yes, they processed the order and then proceeded to tell met that my order will be shipped out FedEx and be received tomorrow. YES that is awesome.

I just talked to some idiot at Verizon. He swears none of the phones, including mine, have been shipped out yet. I, too, checked my status online, and it says the order has been processed, and I should receive it in 2-3 days. What number do I call to get my tracking number?

I got the same thing when I called a minute ago. "These phones are not scheduled to ship until tomorrow, 11/21." When I told her my order was being processed according to the site, she put me on hold and came back to tell me that it will not be shipping out until tomorrow. Clueless... 😕

I just talked to the rep and she confirmed my CC # and said that the phone will be shipped out today i should get it tomorrow, but i keep checking the web and it's telling me "Your order has been processed. You should receive your order within 2 - 3 business days." hmmm i hope i get tomorrow, I'm tired of calling them every day. 😡

Personally, I got pissed when I heard this as well seeing other people getting there's. I think as a whole Verizon needs to tell the same information to everyone. I got told basically the same thing, but yet I see people on here with overnight tracking numbers... Pissed me off because I feel like im lied to?.?

I got an email from verizon with my tracking number. I went to FedEx and it says shipped today from Memphis TN and is guaranteed delivery the 21st by 3:00pm. I hope this is true!!!

Heres the deal guys it is normal that the website on VZW saids shipping 2-3 business days. this is whats going on who ever pre-order this phone it will be shipped overnight at not additional charge it will be shipped fedex if you need to get a tracking number call 800-711-7773 after 5pm est you should get a tracking number. then once you get the tracking number you can go to fedex.com and track you new phone.

🙂 😁 Mine shipped and is guaranteed delivery by 3:00 tomorrow the 21st!!!! I love how the verizon rep told me it would ship the 21st and be delivered the 27th!! Do they just make up things as they go??

Yeah, I just got my tracking number as well. The trouble I had to go through just to ensure that my package will be here the 21st and not later was rediculous.

I think most places tell you a later date just to cover thier butts, just in case something happens during the shipping process. Plus when it actually gets there like 3 days earlier it looks like they amazing lol.

well actually, i got a message that fed ex picked up my order on the 20th, today, and that it is also on transit and i should receive it tomorrow the 21st by 3pm... I CANT WAITTTT!!!!
btw..does anyone know a good deal on 8gb micro sd card??? it seems like verizon is the only one selling it and i dont want to overpay -_-..
oh and also does anyone know if the phone can play videos that i upload onto the memory card??...i have no use for a 8gb memory card if its only for music.. hahaha

Yes, you can convert it to a .3GP or a .3GP2 format. Use dvd ripper and rip movies to this format load it to the card and watch..... 😁
