Cancel Order NOT!
Well, this is a first. I REALLY wanted this phone, but have since learned that it does not have a calendar that can be synched with your PC. Yes, there are some third party Get It Now apps, but there is a monthly fee associated with them.
So, with great sadness, I decided this wasn't the phone for me!
I called verizon, spoke to reps and a manager to find that they have no way to cancel pre-orders!! Can you imagine that. It's just not that they don't know how, it's that it actually instructs them that pre-orders can't be canceled and you have to return the phone to get credit.
Just thought I'd share..........

the software to sync with your pc is a one time purchase, not a monthly fee. it uses the usb cable that is provided with the phone.

Do you mean the Quick Link Phone Manager software? I don't see it for any phone on Verizon's website.

It sounds like its similar to the old Mobile office kit s/w. It had a program to sync your phone book to it. If thats the case it should be pretty cheap since the data cable comes in the box with the phone.

I called the verizon store and unfortunatly this software has not been available for purchase for over a year. They currently have no software to preform this operation...this was coming from a store manager. She is contacting LG today to find out more and I'll let you know what she finds.
