Here are some questions that I keep seeing being asked and hopefully I can answer them.

Do I have to change my price plan in order to get the Voyager?
Yes, you have to change to the Nationwide price plan before you can even pre-order the Voyager. With that said, I would also recommend making sure you have VCast Vpak on that line as well so you have unlimited megabyte usage for the Voyager. With a full html browser, it only makes sense.

I have to have the Unlimited PDA Data plan for $44.99, right?
WRONG, WRONG. This phone is not a PDA/Blackberry/Smartphone device. Sorry if someone told you this, but they are WRONG. All you need is the $15.00 VCast Vpak or one of the VCast TV services which will give you the unlimited meg...

Well CS doesn't always know what's goingon unfortunatley. I work for VZW and actually manage a stoe and I call CS all day long and get different stories alot. I am going by what our training and emails that I have received form higher ups, you don't have to switch unless you pre-order.

You ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO GET THE NATIONWIDE. it is in plain black and white and is in all training guides. the phone will physcially not activate on the older plans.
