Nope, no company will allow you to transfer games or ringtones that you purchased from them, from one phone to the other. If they did, people would buy it one time, and transfer it to everybody else's phone.

Did you have your phone upgraded or replaced? Because I was only able to have it done when I had a phone replaced through insurance. This would be good to know because I have too many pics and songs that I'm transfering over from my enV to the Voyager. Half on micro SD the other half is on my phone.. :\
...
you could transfer ringtones and pictures and video and txt, and pix messages by using a program called bitpim on your computer all you need is the usb cable that will connect you phone to the computer you can back up all your data so will never be lost especially your phone book.

Unfortunalty Verizon wont allow you to transfer games/ringtones to another phone. The reason I heard is because of legal contracts they have from all the content provides and the security measures they have to put inplace to secure trademarks. Like the other person stated it keeps people from sharing files to others without them paying for it and it makes sure that you are paying for the content.
Im sure tho that if you call Verizon and tell them that you just upgraded your phone and resigned your contract they might credit back some of your recent downloads if you buy them again
...
Verizon won't credit back fee's for re-downloads if you've upgraded your phone. This is for legal reasons as mentioned before. They will credit you back for re-downloads if the phone is swapped under warranty.
...
That is unless you gripe and moan at the right person. Your right it shouldnt happen but sometimes I've seen it done
...
Or seen/hear a store rep tell the customer to call into Customer Service and they'll credit back anything due to an upgrade. 🙄
