Am I doing something wrong here? (Pre-order prob)
Ok so i go to verizonwireless.com, log in as the account holder, go to my account at the top, click my phone, upgrade my phone, then it takes me to a page telling me the list of what the account holder can do online and i click continue, and it takes me back to the my account homepage!!!? wtf? And everytime i call 611 they tell me something different. is the site down or am i doing something wrong?

Hey I'm not sure if you guys know, however if you are on a family share and not the primary number you don't get a discount all you can do is get the sales price. 😁 Hope this infomation helps.
