Venus--pink???Worth buying?

Considering the purchase of the venus for my daughter for V-Day. For those of you that own this phone, what are the pros and cons. I have tried to sift through as many messages here as I could, but want to know specific pros and cons. Appreciate the help!

Purchased venus back in July and have had three phones since. The last one broke in half. Same problems have had for several months. Believe this is a defective pcs of equip.
