Why won't my voicemail or message ringtones play?
I just got the Muziq and I love it, but for some reason my voicemail and message ringtones wont play. When i get a text or voicemail it just beeps once. I have it set to play my custom ringtone, but it still wont. I noticed that if i am online on the phone and get a text the ringtone will play....why is that? If anyone out there knows how to get this phone to play the ringtones for messeges, I would love your help!

I have experienced the same problem and I've been trying to troubleshoot it. It is annoying. Here is what I have so far:
For the alert type I had always selected "Vib & Sound" but then I changed it to "Custom" which seemed to work. I had wanted it to ring and vibrate and it still did that with "Custom" selected as long as I had my actual ring volume set to include vibrate. For some reason however the phone has again decided to revert back to those two quiet beeps that I never hear.
I'll post more if I figure it out.

i actually ended up figuring it out. you have to have the phone set to a theme, not like a background image and then your ringtones will play. i bought a theme that i liked from the sprint store and its worked ever since. its kinda weird, but thats what you have to do to get it to work.
