I thought one of the features of Windows Mobile 6 was HTML email. My email doesn't look any different than what I had on my VX6700. What's up with this?

You must be using Exchange Server 2007 in order to have HTML mail on your device.

Is Exchange Server 2007 an expensive software download, just an update, or dependent on your email account?

Exchange Server is just that. A server running the Microsoft Exchange Server software. It is not something that is feasible to run on your own. ES is provided mostly in a corporate environment. If you don't have access to an Exchange Server through your job, you can use a hosted Exchange solution through a number of 3rd party vendors. Google "hosted Exchange" and you will find many. The cost is anywhere from $5 a month and up to be on a hosted Exchange server, but WELL worth it. It allows you to have real push mail, html mail (ES2007 only), calendar, contact and task syncing with your Outlook desktop.

True. You'll have to excuse me as I usually think from a corporate user level as that's who I'm normally supporting. I still think the hosted Exchange is a great solution for even a personal user account as it give you so many more features than just a Gmail or AOL account. Certainly more secure.

I'm considering purchasing the I760 or maybe the VX6800 (if it comes out soon). This will be my first PDA phone so I am confused on the email push/sync.

I would like to have my personal email address (a hotmail account) sent to my device just as a corporate email would be. Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated. I don't know if I would need to get a new personal email address or what.

Thanks
