I don't know much about this subject, so I thought I'd ask before I buy this phone. I have a microSDHC card from Sandisk. Will that card be compatible with this phone? I'm set to get this phone, and want to know if I may have to get a card that's compatible with it. Thanks in advance! --gq

yes, its compatible, all micro SD card work with all the micro SD slots in all phones, so don't worry, you wont have to buy a new card. 😁 😉

That's awesome! I'd hate to not be able to use my 6GB microSD card!

That is incorrect info, while standard sd cards can be used in any sd slot, micro sdhc cards are not always backwards compatible, the LG 8550 for instance can support up to a 4gb micro sdhc card but the LG 8500 cannot support anything higher than a standard capacity 2gb micro sd card. We'll have to wait and see what the capacity on the I760 will be when it is released...

I just tried a 4gb. ☹️ Unfortunately it doesn't work. I can't even take it to a vzw store. 😕

From Samsung's website:

What Is The Maximum MicroSD┞¢ Memory Card Capacity That Is Supported For Use On The I760?

The Windows Mobile┞¢ 6 Software and hardware will support up to a 2GB microSD┞¢ memory card. Using microSD┞¢ memory cards over 2GB may sometimes cause a slower than normal response time when attempting to access data on the card.
