fyi, in case it has not been covered, this phone does ring and vibrate simultaneously if you set both the ringer and vibrate to one in the menu.

Well, the vibrate isn't very vibrating as far as I'm concerned, at least not like the 8100 that I traded up from. I'm constantly missing text messages, not to mention calls.

Yea, the smaller the phone, the lower the vibrating. I had a 8100 also, and it would really give you a good shaking.
