Dialing Fonts Issue
Apparently this phone has a software problem whereby you are unable to chage the dialing fonts from large to normal. Mine doesn't work and nor did any others in the store work.

When I received my phone on May 1st it came with the dialing fonts in the normal size. As part of my learning exercise I switched it to large and then back to normal. The setting reads normal, but the phone display still is large. The phone will not follow the command to return to normal size. IS THERE A FIX and what else have we yet to discover? 😳

there are software updates being worked on but not available yet...the env had a few problems when it came out (few months ago) and just now has a software upgrade for the fixes..about ten of them...so it will probably be a few months before you can take your phone to a tech for upgrade...i don't really think the font for numbers is that big of an issue..it is doing the same thing on mine...30 days is more than enough time to decide if you like your phone so if you can't live with the features or little bugs that aren't quite worked yet then take it back and get something else.

As far as a nice sleek cell phone there is nothing else at the moment. I have to dance with the one I brought. In this case it's the LG VX-9700.
