Dialing Font
I don't know if either my phone has a bad software or if all of the 8700s are suffering this, but when I try to change the dialing font between normal and large, it will always stay at large rather than ever go to normal. Anyone else having this issue with theirs?

Yep, I noticed the same thing. When I tried to change it to normal it stays large. I have a feeling it must be some sort of bug.

Yeah I'm a technician for Verizon and I just played with the launch kit and its the same. I'm going to submit the info to LG and Verizon to hope for a firmware upgrade. Other than that my phone works perfectly.

The A990 and U740 also have this bug with the dialing font size being the same for Large and Normal.

It's not a bug.
If you enter more than 12 characters under "normal" font the size decreases. When it is on "large" the size does not change no matter how many numbers are dialed.

Ok, so if someone is making an international call, then the dialing font will get smaller.
But for normal 10-digit dialing it is larger.
But for normal 10-digit dialing it is larger.
