Does anyone know how to set picture ID with a fullscreen image? I can only seem to set a picture as a thumbnail for picture caller ID. If you can help, thanks.

As far as I know, there is no way to do that without installing third party software.
There are quite a few choices, however... look up "Full Screen Caller" in Google for one choice. I haven't used any of them, so I can't make a recommendation.
