Just called customer service.She spent some time calling around different departments. They are out of stock, but are honoring the orders. I should be getting this phone late this week or next. 🙂

😕 I ordered mine on 4/27 and it is on back order... I wonder when I will get mine? Cingy web customer service.. well.. I can't get passed the dam computer lady.. How did you get info? I am so upset! 😢

When you get the promp asking what you want, order status, returns or exchanges, problem with web order ... say problem with web order. That will route you to a human.

I was told this morning that since my order status was active, that they would most likely be shipping within the week.

Ordered mine 7Am CST it is a first come first served basis. Less than 100 before me.
At least that what was claimed.

don't you get it by now? they never had ANY in stock. it was just a big f#$% up. it never should have shown up on the web site. i ordered within the first 5-10 minutes that the phone was available online and *I* am on backorder, too!

If they had any phones in the warehouse when it showed up online, there must have only been a half a dozen or so. I was told late this week, early next week. I screamed and bitched and yelled and got an upgrade to free overnight shipping and a 50 service credit towards my bill. :-D

i just called, and i spoke with a lady in customer care, and she put me on hold for almost 20 mins, stating that she cant find an order for me, finally she gets back saying, the phone will be shipped today, so i told her to double check because online status saying its on backorder ? so she put me thru online support and the guy was like we dont have the phone in stock right now and i dont know when we will get any ? and he was like you cancel this order and order a different phone, but i said no ofcourse, so i dont know when are going to get our phones, i hate Cingular, punch of stupid ppl working there and they dont know jack about anything 👿

Always a different story I called up the hotline for Web sales and yesterday the automated message said 24 hours. I checked again and it said Ten days. I also spoke to a live person and he said that he did not know when the phone will come in and that they had some in stock, but they sold out quickly. I WISH NOKIA AND CINGULAR WOULD GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. The only consolation is when I do get the phone it will not be a dime a dozen phone like the Razr. Everyone has those.
